I never got my order because it went to my old address and when I let them know, I need it sent to my new address. They said they would, but it never came. And it's been several weeks now.
I have no new tracking number or anything. I just messaged her to ask for a refund. I can't keep waiting for a planner that I needed in December in December is almost over.
since this is personalized, I did expect some delay in getting shipped. once it was, everything went smoothly & got my item in a timely manner. great quality materials & really looking forward to enjoying my planner for 2026. (: will most definitely look into the add ons as time passes.
