We want your Posy Paper experience to feel easy, thoughtful, and full of joy—from the moment you place your order to the day it lands on your doorstep. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping timelines, return options, and how to get help if something isn’t quite right.

SHIPPING

Production Time

Because every Posy product is made to order (with love!), please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Canada: 4–7 business days
  
• USA: 3–6 business days
  
• Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs delays, or carrier issues—especially during peak seasons.
  

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye on your inbox!

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received one, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at info@posypaper.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our products are personalized and made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on most items. That said, your happiness matters deeply to us.

If something isn’t right—let us know.

Please reach out within 7 days of delivery if:

• Your item arrives damaged
  
• You received the wrong product or customization
  
• Something is missing from your order
  

We’ll do our best to make it right—whether that’s a replacement or another kind solution.

Non-personalized items (such as certain accessories) may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
