You can choose a start period — for example July 2025-Dec 2025, Oct 2025-Mar 2026 or Jan 2026-June 2026 — so your planner aligns with your rhythm.

What materials and build quality do you use? +

Pages are printed on premium smooth paper (~105 gsm), with sturdy coil binding and protective cover. Designed for daily use and built to last (and to enjoy).

What if I miss days or go off-schedule? +

That’s totally fine. The Daily Planner is your tool, not a taskmaster. You can skip ahead, start fresh, or adjust — it adapts to your life, not the other way around.

How long until I receive it? +

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment. Delivery time is additional and varies by destination. See our shipping policy for current delivery estimates.

What if something arrives wrong, damaged or customised incorrectly? +

Contact us at info@posypaper.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order details and a photo of the issue. If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, we can help arrange a replacement. Please check your personalization details carefully before ordering.
